About Smith Chiropractic & Wellness Center
At Smith Chiropractic & Wellness Center, we understand that while there are similar types of ailments, patients will not always experience the same symptoms. Therefore, ever visit and care plan is tailored specific to you.
Our number one compliment we hear from patients is that we take the time to listen. Feedback is also very important in the treatment process as it helps us to better understand how you symptoms are doing and what we need to do to improve your health. Since some care plans can take up to several weeks or months, we strive to shorten treatment times by providing home therapies, stretching routines and general knowledge that will reduce swelling, improve range of motion & decrease the likelihood to re-injury. Call today and begin the healing process!

Dr. Smith's Qualifications
Dr. Tristan Smith
Dr. Smith has been practicing Chiropractic in the Reading area since 2015 and native to the Berks County area. He is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida. His post-graduate studies including advanced training in MRI, Auto & Personal Injury case management, Spinal Biomechanics & specializes in Sports Injury prevention.
Dr. Smith's passion for his profession and healthcare is rooted from childhood memories of his mother’s suffering from constant low back pain.
“I saw my family go through many struggles all because of something everyone experiences in their lifetime and is very easy to treat. I became frustrated, but didn’t realize the impact a Chiropractor from King of Prussia would have on my mother’s life as well as mine. Soon, the whole family was going and I became keenly aware that this was a hidden treasure in the healthcare system that needs to be more readily available and advertised. I’m excited that my career is very rewarding and enjoy helping others so that they can avoid the struggles an injury to the spine can have on their personal as well as family life."
Dr. Tabetha has been practicing Chiropractic in the Reading area since 2018 and native to Chester County, PA. She is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Iowa. Her post graduate studies include sports injury prevention, prenatal care and pediatrics. She is also certified in Webster Technique, which is an amazing tool to help patients with pregnancy discomfort and delivery.
Dr. Tabetha is an avid rugby player and received a scholarship to graduate school through the sport.
“After playing on a high level for so long, I didn’t realize how much I put my body through and how much pain I was in until I received chiropractic care. After months of no relief, chiropractic was the key to restoring my quality of life and getting me back into the sport. This lead me to further investigate the profession and found that my second career choice, OBGYN, could be integrated into my chiropractic career as well. My mom had server post-pregnancy pain, which went unresolved for six years before she saw a Chiropractor. I would love nothing more than to prevent this scenario in other mothers to be!”
